Admission Process

Registration Procedure:

1. For more information on Evergreen Leadership Academy or to set up a meeting with our admissions staff please email us at, call us at (905-417-3962), or submit an inquiry below.

2. When a parent is ready to register, a registration form will need to be filled out. The registration form can be emailed to you or picked up in person.

3. Once the registration form is submitted, you will be contacted to set up a pre-enrollment assessment. A $500 refundable deposit will be required on the day of assessment.

4. Your child will be assessed by our admission staff in order to determine if Evergreen Leadership Academy is a good fit for his/her overall needs. Our assessment focuses on gauging a child’s level of independent learning, interaction with staff, behaviour, and the type of learner he/she is.

5. Upon acceptance, we require that a contract be signed. Our fees are $12,000 per year. There is also a $300 one time registration fee. Payments can be made monthly or biweekly. No discounts will be offered for a one time payment. Substantial discounts will be offered to our first 30 enrollments, as we are a new school and appreciate the investment parents are making. We will honour your trust in us by providing your child with an incredibly rich and fulfilling experience.

The first 5 students to register will receive a $4000 discount in tuition. The next 5 students to register will receive a $3500 discount in tuition. The next 5 – $3000, and so on…

The first 30 students to register will also have the registration fee waived.

All students registered to our school will also receive the following:

  • 50% Discount on Parties (applies to anyone in your immediate family)
